    SOMALIA:TREASON IN PROGRESS

Waagacusub.net - The Somali Federal government is suing Kenya before the International Court of Justice at the Hague.

Today, Somalia is in no condition to take another country to court. This country

is too weak for that. Kenya is a friend of the west. It is a friend of Norway.

Involving Somalia in a lawsuit, at this time, is simply an attempt to donate

the Somali sea to Kenya, in order, I think, to earn some Norwegian ‘cash present’.

Our leaders put two and two together. Selling the Somali sea to Kenya for

several million dollars is a mouth-watering possibility, right now.

The Somali leaders know they have less than two years in office.

In a race against time, they are trying to sell and ‘cash’ everything that is sale-able, before leaving office.

It is Norway that wants to exploit the proven oil reserves in the Somali sea.

It is Norway that encourages Somalia to take Kenya to the ICJ in the Hague,

which, I think, is virtually a Norwegian 'fornicatorium'.

It is Norway that, most likely, wrote down the case for presentation before the court.

To wit, there was a petition written about this sea some months back.  At the time, the

Somali president boasted that petition was written by Somalia. I was feeling

proud about that small Somali achievement.

However, less than a week later, Norway claimed it

was the real force behind the petition.  That it had paid for the compilation of the document.

Norway's claim was well documented -- showing the name of the firm that prepared the

document, as well as the payment invoice.

Involving a weak Somalia ( so weak that it cannot write even its own petitions,

and shamelessly lies about the Norwegian 'help'), involving such a weak and corrupt Somalia,

in such high stakes lawsuit, is like inviting a weak patient to a wrestling match.

Furthermore, Somalia is going to a court where Norway has a decisive influence.  The same

Norway that prefers to do business with Kenya rather than Somalia. ( And who

can blame it?).

During the provisional government of Sharif Ahmed, a similar corrupt and criminal attempt

was made against this part of the Somali sea adjacent to Kenya. Some of the leaders of

that time: like the present Somali ambassador to the US, Omar Abdirashid, Gandi. Ibbi,

Abdirahman Abdishakur, Abdirahman Hosh Jibri, Sharif Ahmed, and others.

The parliament of that time saved the day.

Today, it is the same story, only from a different angle: taking Kenya to the International

Court of justice.  The goal remains the same: transfer of Somali sea to Kenya against payment.

Being an elderly lawyer, and considering the matter from several angles, I can only

conclude that those who are involving Somalia in such an unequal legal battle, plan

and foresee the defeat of Somalia.  They must have been paid (or promised payment)

for this service to Kenya and Norway --for this likely major Somali loss.

Remember: there are no appeals against the decisions of the International Court of Justice.

I want to point out that even if Somalia wins this lawsuit, those responsible will still

bear criminal responsibility, for having put the Somali sea, with its proven oil reserves,

in such a reckless jeopardy.

Why is the Somali Federal government putting our sea at risk?

You be the judge.  To me it looks like greed, encouraged by absence of accountability.
