Waagacusub.info- I am writing in response to a Waagacusub website news report on Friday, Nov.7,2014 entitled, Wasiirka Kharajiga..by its editor, Dahir Alasow.

Somali adage says, "Baroortu Waysha ka wayn,....the cry is far more than the dead calf" .  Bayle is attempting to  clean up  the system -- the corruption, the extravagance of the poor people's resources, the unnecessary expensive embassies, what nobody cared before him. The purpose to stain him with the dirt which is attempting to clean when the beneficiaries, the warms in the dirt, are doing the cry  to retaliate.  This news tool stand for  "Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.”

To start with, the editor has little knowledge about the job of the Minister of Foreign of Affairs, its relations with hotels and banks and most of all about the work of the protocol officer. The ministry organises meetings with foreign bodies, invites guests, receives delegates and arranges workshops. The employees responsible mostly use private facilities, private services and mainly hotel accommodations.

Not acknowledging the factual side of the report, taking that hotel bill into account , the amount claimed is too small for those who understand the nature of the job. In some cases, one dinner for guests run into thousands where hotel bill can't justify using money in the wrong place, for the wrong purpose.

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. So is a lot.'  ALBERT EINSTEINPhysicist, Scientist, Noble Prize (1879–1955)

Einstein warned how  a small amount of knowledge can lead to overconfidence and can reach to invalid conclusions on what  somebody doesn't know. In the same implication, Einstein states how large amount of knowledge leads to cautious approach on discovering issues and drawing better conclusions.

A person with little knowledge on an issue may fall into an assumption trap, thinking that he knows more than he does. Taking action  based on an incomplete knowledge of something we don't know is the ultimate mistake one makes.

If at all there is an honest Minister in the Somali government, Bayle ranks first. He left his prestigious job to help the suffering of his people. He has enough wealth for  the future of his family and his competency and professionalism are indispensable. Unlike many others, he did not come to his country to make a living for himself, he came to make life for his people..

For decades, he worked in many different African country's development programs and Somali people should pride with him and lucky to have him in this difficult time. People like Bayle is an asset for our attempts in nation building as he has both the knowledge and the experience

It is time to stop individual interest and respect visionary leaders who are creators of great ideas and who can lead us all through these difficult days.
