Waagacusub.net -The condition of Col. Mohamed Ismail Indho-bur is deteriorating, following a severe torture inflicted on him by the commanders of the Somali National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA).

NISA Commander Abdirahman Turyare accused of  Col. Indho-bur for having a connection with the intelligence of  Somaliland.

" Mr. Indho-bur was unconscious when members of Somali MPs visited him in the central jail in Mogadishu, " according to the prison guards, who asked not to be named.

The source said , Somali intelligence officials interrogated Col. Indho-bur for suspected militant links and they used brutal torture techniques including three days of beating and electric shocks as well as water-boarding.

NISA Commanders put a plastic bag over the Col. Indho-bur's head whiling torturing him to confess collaborating with Somaliland's administration and facilitating Shabaab's activities in Mogadishu.

An investigation made by Waagacusub Media indicates that the Col.Indho-bur is innocent and has nothing to do with Somaliland Intelligence Service. His arrest is a mistake and politically-motivated.

Col. Indho-bur's prison-mate, Col. Hassan Dahir Seed, was released when he got sick after he drank water from the  jerry-can in his cell.

However, tribalism blinded the NISA commanders that they treated Col. Indho-bur unjustly for being an official from Somalia's northern city of Hargeisa.
