Somalia: NISA Official accused of gang-rape and kidnapping for ransom in Mogadishu

Waagacusub.net- An official from NISA was accused of targeting the innocent residents in Mogadishu. Abdifatah Shaweey kidnapped Niema Abdirahman from Hodan district in Mogadishu and took her to a private house.
