Somalia:International community expresses grave concern over holding of lower house election in HirShabelle won by disqualified candidate

Mogadishu, 11 December 2016 – The United Nations, African Union, European Union, Inter-Governmental Authority on Development, Ethiopia, Italy, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States are gravely concerned about the holding of a vote in
