Somali Prime Minister calls on security agencies to bring perpetrators to justice

His Excellency Prime Minister Abdi Farah Shirdon sends his condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Mohamed Warsame Mohamed "Faisal" and called on security agencies to bring the perpetrators to justice.
