Waagacusub.net - The leader of Raskamboni militia in Somalia, Ahmed Mohamed Islam (Madobe) ,which seized power in Kismayo city ,with the support of Kenyan tanks under the AMISOM umbrella, has declared himself as president of Jubaland state of Somalia
