Waagacusub.net - President of Puntland and Al-Shabaab reach secret agreement mediated by business people, and religious scholars dated 2014-2015. The agreement, who was sensitive one was carefully discussed ,according to a secret document received Waagacusub Media.

The agreement signed by the president was written as follows: 

1. To destroy or weaken intelligence services of PIA 

2. To dissolve or destroy the army of Puntland tactically.

3. To release Al-Shabaab POWs from the jail.

An investigation conducted by Waagacusub Media confirmed the report that indicates the release of Al-Shabaab fighters from the jail, at least five Al-Shabaab officials including Mohamed Isman Ahmed Sahal, who participated the killing of Abdulkader Nur Farah.

Sahal was sentenced life in prison for the executing of the Sheikh. Here is the attachment of the presidential pardon. 

Meanwhile, Al-Shabaab officials agreed not to target him during his tenure and he passed to them a list of individual names that are in his jails. 

Al-Shabaab also agreed to assassinate individuals critical to President Gas's policy for him. Intelligence officials say the attack against UN in April 20, 2015 was an inside job involved by army officials.

The second bomb which was involved by the government and targeted and killed the finance manager of Mudug Gadayare.

After the agreement, President Gaas released senior Al-Shabaab officials from the jails. Immediately after their release, they sent  death threats to former Puntland President Mr Faroole. 

The signatures of president's side were: 

1. Hersi Aduunyo, the owner of Hubaal Company who provides the petrol to Puntland's presidential palace. He hails from Omar Mohamud, Rer Abdulle.

2. Iman Abdiwahab Mohamud Gurey, President Gas' adviser and he hails from Omar, Rer Adan.

3. Abdirashid Kodob, the adviser of the presidential guards and he hails from Omar Rer Kalif.

And the signature of Al-Shabaab's side were: 

1. Sheikh Abdi Salan Mohamed Kalif, who hails from Omar Mohamud, Rer Mahad.

2. Sheikh Abdirahman Yusuf who hails from Dir tribe.
