Waagacusub.net - A group of white descent remained in the management of TV affairs & the Somali female vocalist Nimco Degan who left Universal TV similar to Amina Weheliye.

Universal TV which includes the Somali media organization could be seen lately great relegation faced that television particularly the side of staff management and the journalists and furthermore the process of disseminating the programs produced by Universal TV.

A large number of journalists, reporters and technicians vacated Universal TV and joined other media organizations and this matter affected the confidence of millions viewers who directly used to watch Universal TV news and programs.

Universal TV now is in a state of dereliction where a small group of white descent who don’t have a good understanding of the Somali language, the way people behave or a good knowledge of the Somali culture

The unprofessional conduct of Universal TV owners as well as deprivation of journalist from their rights are the main points weakened the institution of Universal and those matter entailed with the mass departure of journalists from the television to other media organizations.

There are many errors that journalist who works for Universal TV reported to have been experienced and the most recent embarrassment that Universal responsible men committed against journalists were the case of Nimco Degan
