Somalia : Nicholas Kay Signs with Puntland a free Arms deal amid an invasion against Khaatumo -Somaliland-and Central State of Somalia
Waagacusub.net - The Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Somalia (SRSG), Nicholas Kay, is accused of working with the Puntland administration to be destroyed the newly-being built administration of Central State of Somalia. 
He is also accused of signing a go-ahead letter to Puntland to sell more weapons aimed to  invade and destroy Khaatumo State of Somalia and break-away Somaliland administration.
"Nicholas Kay declared a war against us by signing a document which allows Puntland to sell three thousands guns  and a large sum of ammunition", said Mohammed Hassan Haad, head of the Hawiye traditional elders. 
Mr. Haad also said Sharif Hassan Sheikh Aden is planning to invade the land of the power Hawiye clan with the help of the Ethiopian troops in Baidoa . 
"Puntland wants to capture Lasanod by force to pave a way for deadly fighting against Isaaq clans. Mr. Kay consents with this aggression" , said Khalif Ereg, former Security Minister.  Waagacusub Media's phone call to the UNSOM office left unanswered.

Nicholas Kay is no longer a neutral when it comes to Somalia's political affairs, however, Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud is busy for fund-raising when Hawiye and Isaq's power is being weakened.
