Buroa, Somalia (Waagacusub.net)-Manager of Dabahshiil Money Transfer Company in Buroa, Togdheer Province left his job based on tribalism on Thursday 7 October 2015.

" I am leaving my job and I don't want to explain the reason, but I am signing the termination,"  said  Mr. Mohamed Yusuf  to Wagaacusub Media on phone.

"When the young people from Burao, Togdheer province poured their support to Dahir Alasow  the company's manager of Buroa town Mr. Yusuf was excoriated by the Dahabshiil's CEO and then Mr. Yusuf  determined to quit his job since he could not prevent this protest," said Liiban Musa Odowaa, a businessman in Buroa.

Dahabshil Company's working environment  has become unbearable due to tribalism routine, " Mr. Yusuf wants to establish a small business of his own and he doesn't want to be a victim for tribalism anymore," said a resident in Buroa, who is familiar the resignation and asked not to be named.

The exit of this manager is a big blow to the company which  tribalism involvement has always been the nature of its governance. Many other managers that work under very circumstances will likely quit the company very soon, which may expedite the collapse of the company.
