Indhaha.com - Hassan Ali Geesey was a member of Somali militia who used to operate in Sinai district in Mogadishu . He was very merciless and dangerous man.

He is from good parents who helped him to learn the holy Quran in an early age.

As he interested in journalists he joined the radio of Somaliweyn but shortly afterwards fled to Kenya after he involved the execution of Journalists  including Mohamed Muhyadin Ali- the then the spokesperson of Banaadir province of Somalia.

Mr Geesey met in Nairobi ,Kenya a man named Mohamed Ajib who also from the same clan of his.

Mr Ajib opened a radio station known as Dalsan and put Mr Geesey in place to spread Christianity in Somalia.

Mr Geesey used to claim that the Radio Dalsan was his own radio station but research that we made proved otherwise. Mr Ajib opened the Dalsan Radio for the purpose of  missionaries and the spread of the Christianity in Somalia.

Residents of Mogadishu and journalists suspected of his claim but he said that he received a contract from the CIA which both of them lied-Only NISA Commander Tuuryare helped them to gain the rank of captains.

Though he received a lot of money from missionaries he did not refrain from plotting against journalists.

British explorer, Sir Richard Burton wrote in 1856, "the Somalis are fierce race of republicans, constantly changing political loyalties – the Somalis lived in what amounted to a state of chronic, political schizophrenia, verging on of anarchy. Every freeborn man holds equal to his ruler and allows no loyalties or prerogatives to abridge his birthright of liberty." However, Somalis are docile to discipline and obedience if social mediation applied fairly. The appropriate model of government for Somalia is the democratic rule. Full Article
