Waagacusub.net- The powerful Hawiye clan wants to establish regional states which consist of four regional administrations based on power-sharing policy which minority tribes that inhabit these vast terrain will be assigned highly positions within the administrations .

The four regional administrations are consist of Galgadud,Mudug state which will be the Central State of Somalia ,Hiraan administration, Middle Shabelle and lower Shabelle that will  make the Shabelle state and Banaadir State. The central government will administer three districts within the capital city of Mogadishu but  Banadir State will  control both the airport and the port of Mogadishu city which are the economic life of the Banadir community.

At least Hawiye will not allow politicians such as PM AbdiWali  and his deputy minister, Ridwan, that cannot impose tax on Kismayo, Puntland and Berbera sea ports  to  exploit  from our Hawiye-given natural resources without their consent.

We call on Prime Minister Abdi-Wali to go Puntland's seaport of Bosasa and Jubaland's seaport of Kismayo to collect tax but if it is beyond his capacity he has no right to feed from Mogadisho lifeline and continue bad-mouthing and intimidating against Hawiye at the same time.

We also give Somalia's deputy Prime Minister, Ridwan and his Isaq politicians in Mogadishu a deadline which is four months  to get Berbere seaport and collect taxes in favor of Somali nation but if  they fail to do so, they have no longer be tolerated to resume the resources from Mogadishu seaport and the international airport of  Aden Adde, according to Hawiye decision.

The major society of Hawiye questioned the reason behind the Isaq's interference about the domestic issues of the disputes territories of  the Shabelle regions while they have claimed to break-away the rest of Somalia and have no say about the internal issues of Hawiye affairs; therefore, Hawiye demands from Isaq an  immediate explanation.

We will negotiate with the Jubbaland Administration about  power-sharing but before plan A accomplished ,Plan B is out of the question at this point and it is no longer on the table to discuss about it. As Somali proverb goes saying, ("Oodo dhacay sida ay u ka la horeeyaan baa loo ka la guraa",We say let's first accomplish plan A  which is establishing these four administrations then plan B will follow suit without difficult respectively.

The Powerful Hawiye clan must learn from the mistakes of the past (1990s) and not allow to happen again such  intra-Hawiye hatred and fratricide killings which is solely serves the benefit of the anti-Hawiye forces. The major society that hails from Hawiye clan is warned to be precaution against the evil-doers that their intention is to ignite violence between Hawiye sub-clans in order to do every necessary prevention we need to recall the dark era of the so-called USC.

The major society of Hawiye clan which has unique insightful and experiences from the past errs showed the rest of the World that the stereo-types coined by rivals that Hawiye can no longer  listen and obey each other under one spiritual leadership proved to be outdated and  a fat lie in this  critical time of  the year of 2014. The major societies that hail from Hawiye clan are jointly-organizing a king's welcome to Abdullahi Goodax Barre, the Interior minister , in a response to his heroic stance about the critical issues that arisen recently.

Mr. Barre's welcome will be nationwide welcome hence it is called on the society to show tremendous support.

Hawiye can't wait until a full blown crisis ,it has to rush through critical decisions in the haste of planning things out slowly, rationally ".Therefore, Hawiye clan has agreed on the formation of the four regional administrations which have already been appointed committees that consist of :  the committees of the Economy, the committees of the Culture, the committees of the politics and the committee of the  defense.

These temporally appointed committees will need to enjoy the full support of the ministers and PMs from Hawiye clan. The global Hawiye diaspora will be announced that an account that they can send the found-raising money was created for them in part of their endeavor to  show the unity and joint-support that the Hawiye intellectuals and politicians preach.

It is worth to mention that Hawiye community committee has met the officials from the AMISOM and Ethiopian representative,General Gebre in Mogadishu which they have submitted the case to them. And now is the time of collaboration.

Finally, the Hawiye community committees would like to remind all Somali clans within the federal government of Somalia (SFG) that they were come on power sharing due to 4.5 ; therefore, the ministers in the cabinet and PMs solely represent their own-clans and serve their own clans' interest that's why Hawiye made tough decisions.
