Mr. President, I'd like to let you know a man that the cabinet proposed as the Attorney General, Ahmed Ali Dahir, who is doing actions that are not suitable to the position he claims, Three Chief Judge of the Supreme Court  Aideed Abdullahi Ilkahanaf said in a statement.

" He ( the Attorney General) said that he did not recognize the judicial Service commission and that he is not part of it which is a contrary to our constitution in accordance with  articles 5 and 8 under the judiciary in section 3 established in 3/6/1962 in which clearly defined that the Public Prosecutors are part of the judiciary," said  Ilkahanaf

"Therefore, to start his work officially, his post is pending approval yet he opened the office of the Attorney General by force without the commission's determination."

The Chief Judge of the Supreme Court  accuses the Attorney General  of abuse of power in rejecting cases ruled by the court. 

Mr. Dahir interferes in civil cases ruled by the Supreme court because of his lack of knowledge in terms of the field or his ignorance to differentiate what is his work and what is not, according to the statement. 

" Mr. President,  the Attorney General is involving in cases beyond his power and calling cases ruled by the court nonsense ," The statement said.

"Dahir stopped to do their work several Deputy Attorney Generals that were named decrees issued by the president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and determined by  judicial Service commission," said Ilkahanaf. "While he withheld the payments of others such as Dr. Mukhtar Nur Abukar claiming that they were not legalized their work by presidential degrees." 

Meanwhile,  the Attorney General recruited more than 11 members that works in the office, as if the office is the house of his father.

Mr President, as you know, the Commission has the full authority to appoint, to promote or to replace the prosecutors ( see article 109A and (6) (A)), said the Chief Justice.  

Finally,  Chief Judge of the Supreme Court  reminded the President that the prosecutors were named twice, but President Hassan did not approve them. When the commission proposes the president approves and we know that you have that knowledge.
