A 13 year old boy became the latest victim being molested by Hassan shire Sheikh. The boy, whose name has been withheld was repeatedly, and awfully molested by Mr Shire in the period between April and November 2015 according to close relative of the boy's family.

Hassan spotted the boy in an April morning near Kisenyi neighbourhood in Kampala, while the boy was on his way to school. Afterwards Mr shire became somehow Obesesed with the boy, while the innocent Youngester was unaware of what was going on around him. His innocence costed him dearly when Mr Shire approached him one morning,  and offered him a ride which mysteriously ended up to unknown location in Kampala where the boy has been molested by the so-called human rights defender. Ever since that day this poor boy from a refugee family has been repeatedly raped by Shire, while he could not disclose his ordeal to the school teachers or family members.

The family of the victim came to realize late that their boy has been constantly raped by Hassan Shire, who managed to silence the boy. When the family lodged formal complaints, Hassan Shire bribed the police and stopped the investigation. He also threatened the family who cannot afford to go through the cumbersome and corrupted justice system in Uganda, while they were trying to refrain from any compromise of their son's reputation.
