Dib-u-hehiisiinta,illaalinta nabadda,degganaanshaha siyaasadda iyo dhawrista hannaanka dimuqraadiyadda oo doorasho xalaal ah loo maraa waa dariiqa ugu habboon ee lagu xaqiijin karo dawladnimo sugan ee Somalia . Dhanka kale, dagaal-oogidda, carqalladeynta hannaanka doorashada, ku xad-gudubka xuquuqda dimuqraadigaa ee shakhsiga/bulshada,laalush qaadashada,dhiiri-gelinta fawdhada iyo gabood-falku waa horseedka dawlad-burburka(state failure), waxaana loo aqoonsan yahay dembi caalami ah oo mudan ciqaab degdeg ah ee fulinteeda adduunku ku ballamay in wadajir la isaga kaashado.

Galmudug waxay caan ku tahay;

1 . Dagaalka ay kula jirto dadkeeda sida dagaalladii ka dhacay Dhusa-Mareb, Caabud-waaq iyo Godin-Labe oo midkoodna ayan ku  sugneyn Al-Shabaab halkaasoo dad rayid ah ay waxyeelo culus ka soo gaartay.Iyo,

2.Carqalladeynta habsami u socodka hannaanka doorashada Somalia.

a .Guddiga Doorashada Dadban ee heer Dawlad –  Goboleed kuma xirna oo kama amar qaato kan heer Federal.

b.Madaxa Xaafiiska Xallinta  Khilaafaadka Doorashada Galmudug waa la handaday oo si degdeg ah baa looga  tarxiillay magaalada Cadaado si gabood-falka fursad loogu helo.

c.Habraaca doorashada ee aqoonsan Ugaasyada beelaha,saxiixayaasha, ergooyinka wadajirkaa, daah-furnaanta,qoondada dumarka iyo codka qarsoodigaa laguma dhaqmo.Waxaa la weriyey in murashixiinta qaar ay ayagu la yimaadeen  ergooyinkii dooran lahaa oo kuwo kalena si degdeg ah gacan-taag loogu doortay.Ergooyinkii saxda ahaa qaar baa toogasho waxaa ku dilay ciidamo ka amar qaata Madaxtooyada Galmudug oo an cidna loo qaban.AUN.

d.Kuraasta qaar baa lagu kala gatay laaluush ka badan US$1.5Million.

d.Ugu yaraan 25 Kursi ee Barlamaanka Galmudug lagu soo xulay ah baa dacweysan oo hortaal Guddiga Khilaafaadka si go’aan looga gaaro.

Bulshada caalamka ee Somalia daneysaa waa la socdaan sida dhaqanka Galmudug yahay . Gaar ahaan Safaaradda Maraykanka, Ingiriiska iyo Wakiilka Gaarkaa ee Xoghayaha Guud ee Qaramada Midoobay ee Somalia waa ku ammaanan yihiin tillaabooyinka ay qaadeen iyo dareenka ay muujiyeenba.

Hadaba, si dembiyada ka dhacay Galmudug ee dhiska dawladnimo Somalia iyo xuquuqda aadanaha lidka ku ahi ayan u duugoobin, waa in dadka  dhibaatooyinka iyo gabood-falka loo geystay ay qoraan oo ayan qarin waxay la kulmeen . Sidoo kale, waa in shaqsiyaadka xushmada ku leh caalamka ee warkooda la dhageysanayo iyo ururada bulshadu ay iska kaashadaan sidii ay codkooda wadajir  kor ugu qaadi lahaayeen si caalamku  u maqlo oo natiijo wax ku ool ahi uga dhalato.

Haddii hawshaasi dariiqa ay hadda ku taagan tahay ayan ka weecan oo dadaalka loo baahan yahay la geliyo,waxaa hubaal ah in halleeyayaasha(Spoilers ) Somalia cashar adag loo dhigi doono. Waa in hantidooda la xayiraa, socodkooda la xadidaa oo documents-kooda(passports ) la dhaqan-tiraa/nasakhaa .Sidaasi waa sida caalamku kula xisaabtamo dadka xad-gudubka caadeystay oo halista ku ah dawladnimo dib uga dhalata adduunka burburku ka dhacay.Isla-xisaabtanku waa muhim si loo helo  dawladnimo Somalia ka hana-qaadda.
