A Somali Dutch citizen and former Al-Itihad al-Islamiya member , Abdirashid Heybe Dubad, who hails from Garhajis [Idagale] sub-clan of Isaq has prohibited the central Hotel clients from music, smoking cigarettes, Khat, which produced a mild high when chewed ,you name it. All these strict law, he has in common with Somalia's militant group of Al-Shabaab.  

" The Hotel used to have more clients but lost most of its clients when imposed a strict set of laws on the clients of the Central Hotel," The Hotel clients and government officials said.

Mr. Heybe, who is also the deputy chairman of a Somali Business umbrella, hired the female suicide bomber, Lul Ahmed Dahir for 5 dollar a day. But he knew a little about her plans.

Mr. Heybe left Mogadishu to Hargeisa, leaving the hotel behind him, before the incident. But he is running the hotel from there.  

Ahmed Ismail Hussein Gani also known as Ahmed Bur is the new hotel manager that had won back the customers after he allowed every thing to them , according to a source from the hotel worker. 

Mr. Heybe ordered the hotel managers to give accommodation to the accomplice of the suicide bombers, who is from Cardiff, UK named Abdi Ismail. 

However, Somali Security Intelligence agents told Waagacusub Media that they are considering the appropriate action against Abdirashid Heybe since he has facilitated the latest attack ,which was blow to Somali government's efforts to contain the deadly insurgent by the al-Qaeda-linked al Shabaab.
