Janale {Waagacusub} At least 10 people were killed and over 15 others wounded after heavy fighting between two clans occurred in some environs close to Janale district in lower Shabelle region south Somalia in the past three days according to officials and residents.

The ongoing clashes between the two sides caused displacement and other casualties including property loss and homeless while hindered of families fled from warring zones in lower Shabelle province according to the reports.

Biyamal Militia are links to Al-Shabaab leader Ahmed Godane,sources of Somali Intelligence told Waagacusub Media .

Latest news from the frontline of the war says Habargidir Militia take over the most important districts like Janale,Canbanane,Ugunji and Elwaregow.

Governor of lower Shabelle region, Abdulkadir Sidi said it is eleven time warring militias of the two clans fight in the region calling for the Somali federal government to interfere the dispute in order the conflict be stopped quickly.

Members of the Somali federal parliament called warring sides for peace and end the dispute through dialogue.

The federal government put these clans into peace and held their elders talks in the capital mid this year, but the battle seems to be routine and it is based on the control of the areas where the two sides fight and retaliation matters.
