President of Jubaland Ahmed Mohamed Islam (Ahmed Madobe) and Galmudug President Abdikarim Hussein Guled did not accept President Mohamud's proposals.
Puntland's President Gas suggested to be extended the term of the parliament so that they would elect new President and new MPs' speaker which President Mohamoud is trying to prevent happening it with all costs.
President Mohamud denied any sharing to be given to Banadir Province and Mogadishu City which is a home to some 4 million people and the current capital of the federal government.
