Presidential candidate chairman of the ruling Kulmiye party Muse Bihi Abdi, who has a good chance of winning the presidential election yet to disappoint when he learnt the money that the Company supported to his rival candidate and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bihi Yonis.
"Presidency Minister Hirsi Haji Ali, who supports Minister M. Bihi Yonis in his election campaign has persuaded Dahabshiil Company's Mohamed Said Duale to offer that large amount of money," Minister Abdillahi Ukuse secretly informed UK-based Somaliland community.
Somaliland Presidency Minister Mr Hersi said that he has raised nearly 6 million U.S dollar to help Mohamed Bihi for buying the votes of every single member within the central community of Kulmiye -50, 000 U.S dollar for each.
President Silanyo will announce officially on Saturday that he won't run another presidential term.
Mohamed Bihi Yonis is a Ph’d holder and had served for the United Nations for so long while Muse Bihi is a hard-line former military officer.
