District commissioner of Bardaale, Mohamed Isaq said government forces getting support from Ethiopian army have captured Moore-Warabe, Walaq, and Iskoris neighborhoods coming under Bardaale in Bay province from Al-Shabab.
He said the operation is part of an ongoing military task in which the militants are supposed to be freed from the rest of the region saying their plan is to connect the district into other districts in the province.
The military gains by the joint forces are very significant according to the officials so far.
