Waagacusub.net- Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud's Islamist party of Damul Jadeed aligned with Al Ictisaam, a hard-line Islamic group to rule Southern Somalia for the coming two decades.
A secret pact aimed at power-sharing was reached between the two Islamist groups , Waagacusub Media obtained.
Abdikader Osoble,founder of Al Ictisaam , who bitterly fought against former Somali TFG President, Sharif Sheikh Ahmed, during his presidential tenure (2009-2012) is being arranged to be president of the Hiiraan and Middle Shabelle administration.
Al Ictisaam said that it would stand by Damul Jadeed securing the presidency for the upcoming election in 2016 .
Al Ictisaam demanded to be given the top post of Prime Minister and big say for the Somalia's regional administrations including intended administration of Hiiraan and middle Shabelle.
Political analysts say Somali President wants to stay in power for the coming two decades and one of the reasons that his Damul Jadeed party allied with Al Ictisaam is to stop the growing secular nationalist parties in Somalia, the likes of powerful party of TAYO.
Khadijo Osoble , a sister of Abdikader Osoble brokered between Damul Jadeed Islamic Party and Al-Ictisaam for the interest of helping her brother to be a regional president of the Hiiraan and Middle Shabelle regions.
Mrs Osoble appeared the United Nations Somalia report on individuals that played an important role when it comes to giving a save haven for Al-Shabaab militants.
She helped her brother to manage running for Somalia presidential elections and she also secured herself from Damul Jadeed to run projects in the Mogadishu port and AMISOM service.
