It is the first time that the militant's leadership confirmed to Waagacusub Media that a dispute over the decision of shutting down Salaam Bank's ATM in Mogadishu.
" It's a business competition and has nothing to do with religion that's why I am totally against the work of those Isaq tribesmen," said Adale.
" The competition is between Hormuud Telecom ,Salaam Bank and Dahabshiil Group. "
It was last Monday when Dahabshiil Company's Group offered a half million dollar to the al Qaeda-aligned militant of Al-Shabaab to shut down Salaam Bank's ATM in Mogadishu.
" The new Amir wants to ban Salaam Bank's ATM but we can't accept it, because his decision is driven by tribalism," he said the commander.
The Commander said that the Company first contacted the militant and feels sorry for the destruction of the economy of his Hawiye tribe in the auspice of religion.
" Our intention is to be implemented sharia law and that ideology united us but what mistakes have the Salaam Bank done, The company contributed the economy of the country and that is a good," he said Khalif Adale.
The Commander said that many other members among the leadership share with him this idea including Sheikh Hassan Afrah, Sheikh Farhan Mohamed Kahiye and Sheikh Mahad Karate.But the commander did not say who is assigned every contact with Dahabshiil Company.
