Ainte, the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation of Somalia, who previously worked in VOA Somali Service and Al-Jazeera channel have many Somalis lost their confidence with him after he diverted from his path- previously posing as a possible young bright politician.
Mr. Ainte formed a new NGO , FursadFund, according to a statement issued last week by him.
FursadFund will likely help Damul Jadiid's Fundraising in the presidential contest. It's a plan from the cadres of Damul Jadeed who intended collecting the money tactfully from the general public.
Somali media personalities and intellectuals in Mogadishu decried after he comes with up a deceitful plan in which he threatened a Somali television female journalist, Kowthar Farey, on a phone. Mr’s Farey works for the Horn Cable TV.
" I've expressed my opinion about FursadFund not on the air or speaking behalf of the Horn Cable TV. I have only submitted Facebook posts critical of the NGO which I used it expressing an opinion on social media- I felt obliged to leave the job because I can't express my opinion without fear of losing it," reported Farey as saying.
Meanwhile, according to a source familiar with the case the administration of the Horn Cable TV threatened Farey but eventually sent a sincere apology to her after it had realized it was wronged to her.
"It's unfortunate that a former Journalist to suppress the press and not to respect the freedom of the speech which is fundamental to the democracy," said Dahir Alasow, a leader of a press watchdog ASOJ and the editor in Chief of the Waagacusub Media.
However, the pain brought by Minister Ainte comes to light after he joined the Damul Jadiid which every country person well-aware are an umbrella of a group of blood-suckers, pretty much like Al-Shabaab who are aiding and abetting the new imperialists.
