An a ctivists in Mogadishu has told Radio Dalsan that the ministry of interior refused to give them the license to organize a protest against Kenyan government actions to round up refugees in Nairobi.
The government has argued that due o security reasons in the city and possible Al-Shabaab militant group target on the population the protest cannot go ahead.
