Mr. Turyare was advised then to go to work once a week , which he finally accepted but when he went back to his job he seemed confused, incoherent,psychotic.He started to complain every thing including the attire of his employees.
He asked his female employees in his office to wear light dresses instead of veils or hijab and to take off their Islamic scarf which seemed very strange to utter a previously known religious person.
His wife ,who was informed this story get jealous and pointed a pistol to his head to kill him by shooting, but fortunately, failed to kill him due to malfunction. Then she started to speak angrily about his unprecedented action against his female employees. His guards came to help him and broke up the fight between him and his wife.
He went to Dusamareb to address with a fresh Somali National Army graduate, in his speech he said that he would offer helicopters and drones to them.
Something must be wrong with Turyare but his utterance is interpreted in part of his mental illness. His medical problem goes back during his college study in Cairo, Egypt, according to his former class mates.
This hardship coincided with reports that the U.S government is considering the aid that it gives to Somalia institutions.
However, the President is expected within weeks to nominate a new commander for the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA).
