Waagacusub.net - Somali President met with certain Somali tribes aimed to get help for the intended formation of the regional state in the Central Somalia.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud told Marehan and Gaaljecel tribes that " the leadership of the state formation process is out of his hand".
Mr. Mohamud asked them to help Abdikarem Hussein Guled to be a regional president for the Central State of Somalia.
The President accused of Ethiopia Ahlusunah, Puntland, the influential tribe in Adado and International Community for working against his plan.
The president asked Marehan clan to use their influence to mediate between him and Abdi Nur Siyad, who his mother is from Marehan tribe.
He said Puntland administration armed him with money and munitions as a proxy in the central Somalia. He wants to capture from Central regions to Bal'ad.
Mr. Mohamud hinted that he had a problem with Ali Mohammed Ghedi, who he said is planning to be a president in the Hiiraan and Middle Shabelle regions of Somalia.
Mohamud said without the help of Hiraan Governor, Abdi Fitah , Ghedi would not intend to be a president by force.
However, U.S government cut $271 million in military assistance for the Somali national army.
