Waagacusub.net - Most if not all the cars of the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) were parked at a garage amid lack of fuel, Intelligence sources said. " We could not afford to pay the fuel for our cars because our commander is being hospitalized at Saudi Arabia for mental problem," said an intelligence officer, who asked not to be named.

Abdirahman Turyare, the Commander of NISA has been struggling against mental disorder since he was diagnosed him in a French hospital in Djibouti.

Mr Turyare fired on his NISA officials and have seen naked in number of times.

NISA Commander has recent withheld all the salaries allotted to the orphaned  NISA officials children.

The economic collapse comes as President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud rejected to respond the government officials recommendations to sack Abdirahman Turyare following wide-spread corruption and resource mismanagement.

U.S and United Arab Emirates cut funding National Intelligence and Security Agency after they dissatisfied how the money is run by the Commander. Donors mainly the U.S is ready to resume the money if Turyare is fired from the post.

To cope with the difficult life ,NISA staff arrest and detain innocent civilians and ask for a large sum of money for their release (often between 5,000 U.S Dollars to 1,500 U.S dollar).

Many families could not afford to pay that money, that's why more than 1,200 inmates are in the  Central prison of Mogadishu and Godka Jilicow.

Oppression was the reason behind Somalia's nation and again instead of learning from the past, Somali Federal government insisted on to pursue injustice and inequity.
