Waagacusub.net - A dispute over electing a new leader for al Qaeda-aligned militant of Al-shabaab erupted among senior leaders of the group, sources told Waagacusub Media. " We won't accept to be dictated every thing by M.M Faruur and Abu Ubaidah,"  said the group's former Spokesman Sheikh Mukhtar  Robow, also known as Abu Mansur. 

The former spokesman said a businessman named Ibrahim Hersi Galow is being inaugurated as Shabaab's leader without the consent of other members of Shura' Council.

" We know that Kampala -based businessman from Burco have been presented to be a leader  by M.M Faruur and Abu Ubeyda but their will won't work every time,"  Abu Mansur told   Waagacusub Media.

Who is  Ibrahim Hersi Galow ?

Ibrahim Hersi Galow was a  good Koran teacher in Burco , the capital city of Togdheer Province. In 1990s, he was an active member of Al- Itahad Al-Islamiya that fought against Puntland administration of Somalia. 

Mr. Galow became a good friend of  Ibrahim Afghani, M.M. Faruur and Ahmed Abdi Godane after he had joined the group.

He has South African passport and  got married a South African girl and now he is the senior manager for the company of Dahabshiil in Kampala, Uganda and South Africa.

He had a surgery for the stomach in Kampala for the help of late Al-Shabaab leader's  special doctor. 

According to workers of Dahabshiil, who asked not to be named, he helped senior members of the Islamic extremists to go to South Sudan last year. 

Ibrahin Galow, who hails from, Bah Dhulbahante, an  Isaq sub-clan of Habaryoonis held a meeting in which Al-Itihaad al-Islamiya's house of  war officials participated in took place in Buro, however ; the second President of Somaliland, Muhammad Haji Ibrahim Egal , exiled him from Somaliland because the agenda of the meeting was to establish Islamic State in the north Western Somalia regions.
