Mayor of Mogadishu,Hassan Mohamed Hussein "Mungab" owns a media outlet and has his nice beautiful house in Huriwaa neighborhood in Mogadishu , and reportedly get married 8 young women within a six months, but unfortunately has failed to provide a single residential facility for the street children and homeless youth in Mogadishu .
Mr. Mungab saves a lot of money that he earns from transit taxes and habour fees of Mogadishu port in a bid to get enough money to run for the presidential campaign in the 2016 .
According to a Somali Journalist , these have-naked children are sleeping near a wall at Maka al Mukarama street with no blanket or sheet on them and trembling with cold, it is obvious that they get slept without eating.
Over the last couple of decades many orphans lost their parents for the result of the civil war and yet receive no assistance .
