The reason behind Damul Jadeed's political end is: President Hassan will get the votes of Rahanweyne, (60) and the votes of Dir 40 as well as 35 from what they called point five. And he can bribe as many as he wants to get more votes.
Hawiye and Darood do not want the despised 4.5 formula since it proved to be useless and they will do everything to be selected the constituencies from their districts, and regionals accordingly.
Rahanweyne and Dir want a four-point-five of power-sharing and do not want to be selected constituencies based on picking up the representatives from their own villages, districts and provinces since they will lose more seats and many of Dir representatives can't go their land of origin.
Darood politicians from Jubaland, Puntland, Bakool and Hawiye politicians from Galmudug, Hiraan and Banaadir region want to be cancelled or omitted the 4.5 formula of power-sharing which Somali transitional charter was built up and widely regarded unfair.
