It is very sad that Gal-Mudug, which was the place where the forces of the Islam courts stopped and defeated; and a member of the six institutions that established the current federal government of Somalia, is now beginning to experience Al-shabaab and warlord coalition. Three looming situation is shading Gal-Mudug people now, which needs the attention and assistance of international community and everybody that concerns.
To that reason, we are appealing and informing the Somali people and the members of the international community to interfere and stop Al-shabaab-warlord alliance now strengthening in Gal-Mudug and the wicked inference of federal security minster in the internal affairs of Gal-Mudug.

Security forces in Mogadishu have arrested several young Bajaj drivers who staged protests against rising fuel prices, reflecting growing frustration among Somalia's youth over economic hardship and unemployment. Mogadishu, Somalia — An investigation by SOLDa Safety Network has uncovered a large-scale human smuggling network operating in Mogadishu, trafficking Somali youth through an organized system involving corrupt facilitators and international transit routes. According to SOLDa's findings, some senior Somali officials are allegedly linked to the trafficking network, having reached agreements with smuggling groups to enable the movement of victims and prevent arrests.
