The military of Col. Barre Hirale, entered Kismayo, are now quartered in barracks inside the airport that, with the harbor, is the most important infrastructure system of southern Somalia.

Waagacusub.net - At the expiration of one year from the agreements in Addis Ababa on 29 August 2013, the federal military of Col. Barre Hirale finally came to Kismayo, the capital of Jubballand (composed of the three regions of the Middle Juba, Lower Juba and Gedo), governed by 'Interim Administration that was adopted in March 2013, and soon came into conflict with the central government in Mogadishu for the conquest of autonomy to the next favored independence from neighboring Kenya whose troops are in the area of Kismayo since October 2011 and come to drive out the Al Shabab militant group in September 2012 along with the troops of AMISOM.

The settlement of the dispute between the Administration's interim Jubbaland and the Federal Government of Somalia - who was also at times of bloody warring situation, with more than a hundred victims, and violent against women and children - was favored by Ethiopia, at that time head of IGAD, the institute for the development of the region, strongly interested in the consolidation of the peace process in Somalia and to quell the discontent international attitude of Kenya, through the independence of the southern part of Somalia, aimed to solve in their favor, in fact, the contrast between the two states for the maritime boundaries in a marine area of rich in oil and gas expanded to about 160 nautical miles.

Col. Hirale falls from armored with the Minister Farah Abdulqadir in the bright center of Kismayo.

Italy was also present at the signing of the Addis Ababa as president pro tempore of the Forum Supporters of the IGAD countries.

The military of Col. Barre Hirale, entered Kismayo, are now quartered in barracks inside the airport that, with the harbor, is the most important infrastructure system of southern Somalia.

Col. Hirale descend from armored with the Minister Farah Abdulqadir in the wonderful city of Kismayo The event, however, is in delay of six months from the time of the agreement in Addis Ababa, a delay that has damaged the credibility of the current governor of Kismayo Ahmed Mohamed Islam (Madobe), (black) said, a personality with a past in the Islamic Courts and now very close to Nairobi.

The troops of Col. Barre Hirale are attributable to the military detachment of the Federal Government of Somalia in the south, so that their entry into the contest Kismayo plays a significant affirmation of prestige for Mogadishu so that it can deploy its troops next to those of AMISOM (mainly Kenyan) in an area destined to be the paradigm for the formation of the regions to federate in the Somali State.

This will make it more balanced continue the conference for the reconciliation of Jubbaland which will continue from September 16 to Kismayo in order to prepare, by the end of next August 2015, the new institutions that will replace the Interim Administration and will be articulated in a Council Board, as an executive body, and in meeting the Regional representative of all the clans with members selected by the traditional elders on a basis of full inclusiveness. Similarly to how the international community has fostered the confinement of the Federal Government of Somalia.

On the significance of the entrance of the troops of Barre Hirale in Kismayo, we have interviewed Abdullahi Godah Barre, Minister of the Interior and Federal Affairs, who told us: "I am honored that Col. Barre Hirale has accepted our invitation to join in a peaceful Kismayo. His soldiers were all recorded and registered. They have given a seat next to AMISOM at the military airport of Kismayo. They keep their equipment and have to commander in chief Col. Abdi Igal. We believe this is the first stone to create the army of the Federal Government in the Region also because most of these men were already soldiers trained by the Federal Government. "The Minister concluded: "Now we will put all our efforts to be instinctive the Region of Jubbaland a peaceful, pluralistic and power shared state."

Handshake between Madobe, Barre Hirale and Ministers Abdullahi Godah Barre and Farah Abdulqadir

Handshake between Min. Abdulqadir, Madobe, Min. Abdullahi Godah Barre, Col. Barre Hirale and Min. Hussein Abdi Halane and Col. Barre Hirale, which we reached by telephone in Mogadishu where he followed the ministerial delegation for talks with the Prime Minister this time, he told us: "we're going to sit at the table of reconciliation because we are in favor of peace and tractive policy. We never wanted a civil war in Kismayo. One of the first things we asked Madobe was to stop the targeted killings of which have been victims of civil society in Kismayo. For the rest of the community there will be decision on peace reconcialition process.
